Wow.
Take a look at this page I scanned.
It says:
Mommy
Keithen
Kaylee
Daddy (with a few practice "M's" nearby)
Ruby
Mommy
RUBY (age 3.5 years!) asked me how to spell everyone's names and wrote all that herself. She's been spelling and writing her own name for a long time now. I thought it was amazing that she did so well on everyone else. Kaylee is the only one that is really hard to make out, I think.

I'm impressed.
I think Rebecca may have done some of that between 4 and 5. She knew her letters early.

P.S. Finally got you on the blogroll. I thought you were already there until I checked a little while ago.
Oops.

Thanks for comment
All 3 will be in the same middle school; Elcie in 8th (mainstreamed
with resourcing) and Rochelle & Rebecca in 6h. They're ten months
apart and hit the same school year.
Rochelle will be Special Ed for a while. We want to be very sure
she's grounded in basics so she doesn't start sinking from middle
school pressure.
Rebecca is another story - very bright and right of the edge of
several diagnoses (not enough to qualify for help). I spend a lot of time helping her focus on math.
