Highly Recommended! - Ed Emberley's Complete Funprint Drawing Book

We gave Kaylee Ed Emberley's Complete Funprint Drawing Book, two children's washable ink pads, Ralph Masiello's Dinosaur Drawing Book and a pad of drawing paper as part of her birthday gifts.

She loves the Funprint Book. It gives good, step by step directions of how to use fingerprints and thumbprints and add simple lines to make it into pictures of people, animals, plants, etc. We spent a lot of time with it this evening and she did a great job following the directions to create lots of cool stuff. I walked her through the steps so she could figure out how to do the first few. I think she'll be doing it on her own in no time at all. I'd highly recommend this book for anyone who has a little artist! (The ink we got is great too. It washed off their hands easily.)
